1. Order and Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the “Buy” button at the end of the ordering process, you are placing a binding order for all the goods contained in the shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order electronically within 48 hours.
2. Legal Right of Withdrawal, Right of Return
You can cancel your order within one month of receiving the goods, if the goods are not excluded from revocation by law (e.g. custom-made products, § 312d Para. 4BGB). The cancellation must be made in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by telephone. In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) must be surrendered. Compensation may be required for any deterioration of the goods. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from anything that impairs their value. We would like to point out that unpaid packages will not be accepted. Please always return the return shipment with sufficient postage.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices quoted are final prices including VAT. We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible in your interest.
The costs depend on the products ordered. The items are generally shipped as a registered letter or package by DHL. Any other shipping option must be clarified with us in advance.
4. Payment
The purchase price is due before delivery of the goods. It is possible to pay the total amount by bank transfer or in cash upon collection. The bank details to be used will be communicated to you with your order via email or on the invoice. Payments on invoices are only possible for regular customers or traders. The invoices are to be paid 10 days after receipt.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
The estimated delivery time is up to approx. 5 working days after receipt of payment. As soon as you confirm receipt of the goods without reservation to the transport company, the risk passes to you.
6. Warranty
Your legal warranty period is two years with proper handling and begins with receipt of the goods. The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions. You can return the goods for a refund of the purchase price.
